Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: £4.99.
• Free standard delivery when the product subtotal is £30.00 or more (the threshold applies to products, not to the delivery charge itself).

Delivery times

We are finalising our fulfilment arrangements, so we do not publish a fixed delivery-time promise yet. Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email, and we will contact you if anything affects your delivery. We do not make next-day promises.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days, starting the day you (or your nominated recipient) receive the goods. This is a statutory right and applies regardless of any other policy we may offer.

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] (or use our contact page) within 14 days of receiving your order, telling us your order number and that you wish to cancel.
2. Send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, using the return instructions we provide in reply.
3. Please include your order number so we can match the return.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods, and the standard outward delivery cost where applicable, within 14 days of agreeing your cancellation, using the same payment method you used. We may reduce a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they were faulty or not as described.
