Who you are buying from

Ordering and contract

Purchases are one-off. You can order as a guest; an account is not required. Adding an item to your bag is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we accept it — which happens when payment is confirmed by our payment provider and you receive an order confirmation. Checkout and payment are handled by our payment provider, and payment is confirmed only by that provider.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Product prices are £19.99, £19.99, £19.99 per product, and the NZT-369 Complete Stack bundle is £45.99. Delivery is charged as set out below. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; if an obvious pricing error is found before dispatch we will contact you before proceeding.

Delivery

Standard delivery is £4.99 and is free when the product subtotal is £30.00 or more. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail, including processing and any return route, is on our Delivery & returns page.

Cancellation and returns (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days, starting the day you (or your nominated recipient) receive the goods. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number, or use the contact page. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We refund the price of the goods, and the standard outward delivery cost where applicable, within 14 days of agreeing your cancellation, using the same payment method you used. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they were faulty or not as described. Full detail is on the Delivery & returns page.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
