The full formula is not published on the site yet. We publish formulation details only from the final approved label, and we do not invent or preview an unverified ingredient list.

Allergen information is taken from the final product label and shown on the product page, together with any food-safety warnings, once the label is confirmed. Always check the label of the pack you receive before use.

Storage instructions are set out on the final product label and will be published on the product page. Follow the instructions on the pack you receive.

We do not offer personalised medical, health or dosage advice. Focus, Edge and Dream are separate products and are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any condition. Any guidance is limited to the verified label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional first.

Only a provider-confirmed payment creates an order and a confirmation. Landing on a page after checkout is not, on its own, proof of payment.

We sell one-off purchases only. There are no recurring subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis.

Standard delivery is £4.99, and it is free when the product subtotal is £30.00 or more.

We are finalising our fulfilment arrangements, so we do not publish a fixed delivery-time promise yet. We do not make next-day promises. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and we will contact you if anything affects your order.

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel. Email [email protected] with your order number. You then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

Email us with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days using the instructions we send in reply. The full process is on the Delivery & returns page.

We refund the price of the goods, and the standard outward delivery cost where applicable, within 14 days of agreeing your cancellation, using your original payment method.

Not yet. Production has not started, so there are no batch certificates to publish, and we will never publish an invented one. When genuine batch documents exist, they will be listed on the Testing page.

Our intended process — sourcing, manufacturing controls, identity and contaminant testing and batch traceability — is described on the Quality page, with a clear label for what is already in force and what is still being put in place.
