Sleep and recovery basics

NZT-369 Editorial ·

Sleep as a foundation

Sleep is a biological requirement that most adults need on a regular basis. It is not something to optimise only for output; it is a need in its own right.

Commonly reported basics

  • Consistency. Going to bed and waking at similar times is widely suggested as a starting point.
  • Environment. A cool, dark, quiet room is commonly recommended.
  • Late stimulants. Caffeine has a long effect window; many people cut it well before bedtime.
  • Wind-down. A low-stimulation routine before bed is often used to signal the end of the day.
  • Patience. Change tends to be gradual rather than immediate.

What this note is not

This is general education about recovery basics. It is not medical advice, and it does not describe any NZT-369 product. If you have ongoing sleep concerns, consult a qualified professional.
